LEGAL NOTICE!   We are a religious, denominational non-profit private educational institution, recognized by the IRS and KY Secretary of State.  We are NOT a proprietary school as defined in KRS 165A.310(10)(b),  and are not applicable to proprietary licensure based on KRS 165A.320.  We are an FMCSA certified ELDT provider only as outlined in 49 CFR 380.600, which is also not applicable to regulations in KRS 165A.
